Vassilis Manikas

Vassilis Manikas, a native of Larissa, embarked on his photographic odyssey in 2008, and since then, he has been on a relentless pursuit of visual storytelling.

Over the last decade, he has made Athens his canvas, immersing himself in its energy and intricacies. His journey has been marked by a diverse array of photographic assignments, seminars, and exhibitions, each serving as a testament to his unwavering passion for the craft. However, it was in 2018 that he ventured into the realm of wedding photography, bringing his unique perspective to immortalize moments of love and joy.

A pioneer in the Greek photography scene, Manikas co-founded the Photography Group of Komotini and played an integral role in the Center for Creative Photography of Thrace (KE.DI.FOT.) and the Larisa fplus photography group. His collaborative spirit and dedication to his art have seen him participate in numerous group exhibitions, showcasing his distinctive style to audiences far and wide.

His work has graced the pages of esteemed publications such as the cultural magazine "Avlaia," the book "Portraita tis Polis" by KE.DI.FOT., and the magazine "Fotografos."
